For iOS Users (iPhone and iPad)
Step 1: Open the App Store
a. Unlock your iOS device and locate the App Store icon, typically found on your home screen.
b. Tap the icon to open the App Store application.
Step 2: Search for Serby
a. At the bottom of the screen, tap on the “Search” tab to access the search function.
b. In the search bar at the top, type “Serby” and press “Search” on the keyboard.
Step 3: Download the App
a. From the search results, locate Serby by identifying its logo and name.
b. Tap on “Serby” to view the app’s detail page.
c. Tap the “Get” button next to the app. If prompted, authenticate your download with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
d. The app will begin to download. You can monitor the progress on your home screen.
Step 4: Install the App
a. Once downloaded, the App Store will automatically install Serby on your device.
b. After installation, the “Get” button will change to an “Open” button in the App Store, indicating that the app is ready to use.
Step 5: Open Serby
a. Tap “Open” from the App Store to launch Serby directly.
b. Alternatively, you can find the Serby icon on your home screen. Tap it to open the app.
Step 6: Location Access Prompt
a. Upon using a feature that requires location access, you’ll be prompted to allow access to your current location.
b. Enabling location services enhances your experience by allowing Serby to offer personalized content based on your location and suggest nearby offers and services.
c. Select “Allow While Using App” to enable location services for Serby.
d. If you choose “Don’t Allow,” you can change this later by manually Enabling Location Services in the Settings app.
Step 7: Manually Enable Location Services
a. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
b. Scroll down and select Serby.
c. Tap “Location” and then select “While Using the App” or “Always” to enable location services for Serby.
For Android Users
Step 1: Open Google Play Store
a. Unlock your Android device and locate the Google Play Store icon, typically found on your home screen or in your app drawer.
b. Tap the icon to open Google Play Store.
Step 2: Search for Serby
a. Use the search bar at the top of the Google Play Store to type “Serby.”
b. Tap the search icon on the keyboard to initiate the search.
Step 3: Download the App
a. From the search results, find Serby by looking for its distinct logo and name.
b. Tap on “Serby” to access the app’s detail page.
c. Tap the “Install” button to begin downloading the app to your device.
Step 4: Install the App
a. The download and installation process will commence automatically.
b. Once the installation is complete, the “Install” button will change to an “Open” button, signaling that the app is ready for use.
Step 5: Open Serby
a. Tap “Open” to start Serby directly from the Google Play Store.
b. You can also find Serby among your apps in the app drawer or on your home screen. Tap the app icon to launch it.
Step 6: Location Access Prompt
a. When prompted with a message asking for your location access, tap “Allow” to enable location services for Serby.
b. Enabling location services enhances your experience by allowing Serby to offer personalized content based on your location and suggest nearby offers and services.
c. If you accidentally selected “Deny,” don’t worry! You can still manually enable location services through the Settings app.
Step 7: Manually Enable Location Services
a. Open the Settings app on your device.
b. Scroll down and tap “Apps” or “Apps & notifications” > “Advanced” > “App permissions” > “Location”.
c. Find Serby in the list.
d. Switch the toggle to enable location access.
